https://tmjb.unbin.ac.id/index.php/mjb/article/view/82

The study examined how cooperative insurance affects farmers' productivity in Ekiti State, Nigeria, from 1981 to 2021. Using the ARDL model. The study examined the effects of cooperative insurance claims and reserves on Ekiti State farmers' production, as well as the link between the two. Researchers evaluated agricultural cooperative insurance claims (ACIC) and reserves (ACIR) as possible predictors of farmers' output (FQ), a measure of productivity. In the near term, agricultural cooperative insurance claims greatly benefit farmers' productivity in Ekiti State, Nigeria. The agricultural cooperative insurance reserve instantly and positively impacts farmers' productivity in Ekiti State, Nigeria. The causation analysis shows a strong link between farmers' production and cooperative insurance. The data show a one-way link between farmer productivity (FQ) and agricultural cooperative insurance claims (LNACIC). In Ekiti State, Nigeria, cooperative insurance indices positively affect farmers' production, although agricultural cooperative insurance reserves (LNACIR) and farmer productivity (LNFQ) are not causally linked. The flow begins with farmers' productivity (LNFQ) and ends with agricultural cooperative insurance claims (LNACIR), although there's no recognized causal link. The federal government should prioritize financing and resources for cooperative organizations in Ekiti State Nigeria.
Ibidolapo Ezekiel AjayiBabatunde Femi AyorindeClement Olugbenga Ariyo

https://tmjb.unbin.ac.id/index.php/mjb/article/view/113

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture and transformational leadership on employee performance, with decision-making serving as a mediating variable. A positivist, quantitative approach was employed using a causal survey method. The research was conducted among 135 civil servants at the Regional Secretariat of Bogor City, utilizing a census sampling technique. Data were collected through a structured Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis. The results indicate that both organizational culture and transformational leadership have significant direct and indirect effects on decision-making and performance. A collaborative and open organizational culture fosters effective decision-making processes, which in turn enhances employee performance. Transformational leadership characterized by charisma, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration—plays a crucial role in creating an environment that supports strategic and participatory decision-making. These findings highlight decision-making as a key mediating factor linking organizational culture and transformational leadership to improved civil servant performance. The practical implications underscore the importance of developing visionary leadership and cultivating an inclusive organizational culture to optimize public sector performance.
Ranti Yuniarti DarussalamHari MuharamHerdiyana Herdiyana

https://tmjb.unbin.ac.id/index.php/mjb/article/view/115

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence and analyze the effect of aggressive tax management practices on firm value. In addition, this study examines and analyzes the moderating role of state ownership in the relationship between aggressive tax management practices and firm value. The population of this study consists of LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2020–2023. The sampling technique employed was purposive sampling. This study adopts a quantitative approach using secondary data. The analytical methods applied include descriptive and inferential analysis through panel data regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using EViews 12 software. The results indicate that aggressive tax management has a negative effect on firm value. However, this study does not find empirical evidence supporting the moderating role of state ownership in the relationship between aggressive tax management and firm value. The originality of this study lies in the use of state ownership as a moderating variable to examine its role in strengthening or weakening the effect of aggressive tax management on firm value
Mukhamad RomdoniMulyana

https://tmjb.unbin.ac.id/index.php/mjb/article/view/122

This study analyzes the strategy of Star Sellers in optimizing Shopee Ads and identifying challenges and solutions. Shopee Ads was chosen because it effectively increases product visibility, although there is a risk of loss if the cost of advertising exceeds profits. The research approach uses a qualitative case study method of ten sellers who have been using Shopee Ads for at least six months. Data was obtained through interviews, online store observations, and ad performance documentation, then analyzed with the Miles and Huberman model using the help of NVivo 12. The results show that advertising strategies are influenced by the selection of relevant keywords, the combination of advertising with promotion, and the determination of target audiences. The main challenge is the risk of loss due to weak ad evaluation. Research concludes that the success of Shopee Ads is determined by adaptive strategies, proper targeting, creativity, and regular evaluation.

Bahtyar Hardyansyah SyihabEstu HandayaniVini Annesia Aflaha
